Postpartum depression (PPD) is a form of major depressive disorder that can develop during pregnancy or in the weeks and months after the birth of a child.
It involves persistent feelings of sadness, hopelessness, fatigue, anxiety, and difficulty bonding with the baby, and it goes beyond the short-term “baby blues” many parents experience.
Although it is most commonly reported in mothers, fathers and non-birthing partners can also experience postpartum depression.
According to Johns Hopkins Medicine, PPD can interfere with daily functioning and may affect a parent’s ability to care for themselves and their child if left untreated.
With proper treatment, including therapy, support, and sometimes medication, most people with postpartum depression can recover successfully.

1.(Pa Victim) Binabaliktad yung situation para ikaw yung maging mukhang may kasalanan.

2.(Reverse psychology) kahit wala kang ginagawang masama sa kanila,iisipin nila meron. palibahasa gawain nila. mga kahayupan na gawain ipapasa sa iba,mapagtakpan lang mali nila.

3. (Story Maker) galing magtahi ng sTorya. bihasang bihasa sa pagsisinungaling. tuwang tuwa pag may napapaniwala sila😂 mga gunggong!

4. (Di papadaig) kung anong meron ka,abilidad mo,galing mo nakikipag kumpetensya sila. pag di nila mahigitan nanggigil sila sayo😂

5. (Hindi Marunong tumanggap ng mali) Pagsabihan mo magdadahilan pa. ikaw pa ang masama. kontrabida ang labas mo😂
