Shopping Guidlines
- All items are PRE - ORDER basis
- Meet up can be done with atleast 50% down payment
- All orders are delivered to the shipping address indicated on your shipping information.
- No minimum order required
- No reservation of items. Only paid orders are being processed
- There will be a chance that the item that you order will be out of stock even if you have already settl
ed the payment with us. Put the money in your Advance Deposit (Advance deposit is the amount of money that you deposited to us in advance that can be use as the payment of your orders.
*If you have advance deposit we can deduct the payment once you made order and ship your items your order as soon as possible. C. Refund your Money
D. Wait for the restock to arrive
- We do not offer rush shipping.
- Cut off of orders and payment is before 3pm
- Shipping fee will be shouldered by the buyer unless "Free Shipping" is stated.

*Copy of Payment slip if paid thru bank deposit (Clear copy, scanned photos are not allowed)/ tracking number and sender details if paid thru remittance center.
- Please give us 24 hours to verify your payment. After the payment has been verified we will ship your order. Arrival of the items is 1-3 business days within Metro Manila, 2-4 business days for nationwide shipping (Delays will solely be on the courier part). There maybe cases that some of the items will not be picked up by the courier because of overloading. We will be shipping it the next working day.

- We will help customers track their packages with the courier once the items are out of the office. However, in the event that there may be delays, We will not be held liable for the delay as this is already on the couriers part. You can Track your package around 24 hours after we update your order status, chances are that the details are not yet updated in the couriers website.
- No return, No Exchange for Sale Items
- Minor or Removable Stains on White Garments/Material Products are not allow for replacement.
- We ensure that all items are in good condition and properly checked and packaged before the shipment.
- THERE IS A SHIPPING RISK. We will not be liable for damages incurred due to mishandling of the courier.
