INSTRUCTIONS

DROPPING OFF/PICKING UP :
1. Please separate your laundry items by categories. Use different container/bag for each category and label them.
HERE ARE THE CATEGORIES:
• (PI) Personal Items/Light Fabric (any color except white)
• (WJT) Whites/Jeans/Denims/Jackets/Towels
• (LBC) LIGHT beddings, comforters and curtains
• (HBC) HEAVY beddings, comforters and curtains
• (DC) For Dry Cleaning
• (PRESS) For Pressing
2. Drop off and pick up time is from 10am to 5pm, Mondays to Fridays only.
3. Please pay the exact amount. Thank you.

PICK UP AND DELIVERY:
1. We offer FREE PICKUP AND DELIVERY on weekends with minimum of 5 kilos.
2. Weekday pick up/delivery will be charged P50 per trip.
3. Please send a message -REQUEST FOR PICK UP AT (ADDRESS) BY (NAME) at 09228877343 or fb messenger chlianlaundry. Then wait for confirmation.

Terms and Conditions
• We make our best efforts to remove all types of stains but we do not guarantee their removal.
• We are not liable for any damage and change of color to clothing due to machine wash and laundry detergent but we will take care of your clothes like ours. We will do everything we can to avoid damaging your laundry.
• We are not responsible for any loss of items left inside the pocket of your laundry. We cannot guarantee that we will find or return it the same.
• Clothing not collected within 10 days of booking date would be charged additional storage and handling charges of 15%. Clothing not collected within 60 days would be donated to charity.
• Rest assured, your satisfaction is our priority.
