Preferably with experience in Admin / Office Work / Online Selling / Customer Service

Basic knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, and Google Sheets

Organized when handling customer orders, records, and order details

Able to follow up with customers and provide order updates

Good communication skills and professional customer service

Very careful when recording sizes, names, jersey numbers, designs, and order details

Fast learner and willing to learn new systems a

Responsible and punctual

Honest, trustworthy, and self-motivated

Willing to learn about sublimation printing, jerseys, and apparel production

Has an active Facebook account / social media presence

Active in Facebook groups, Marketplace, or online communities

Good communication and customer-handling skills

Confident in posting and promoting products online

Customer-friendly and responsive to inquiries

Willing to follow up with potential customers
