Siring sa burak kan satuyang kabuludan, uya an ranga asin gayon kan sarong taga-Tiwi, an ngaran Jessaiah Mae Baldesco.

Dara an disenyong may pag-omaw sa tradisyon kan Albay, ini bako sanang bado, kundi simbolo kan satuyang kusog asin pagiging "Magayon." Siring sa mga orkididyas na bihirang mahiling, an saiyang presensya nagpapahiling kan tunay na kulturang Bikolnon—pano nin kulay, rinespeto an nakaagi, asin pirming mapuso.
