Everyone talks about the joys of motherhood, but no one tells you about the silent battles you fight every day.

The battle to keep your patience when you’re running on little sleep.

The struggle to find time to take care of yourself because you’re taking care of everyone else.

The inner conflict between wanting to say “yes” to everything and knowing you need to set boundaries.

The fight to hold back tears when you feel like you’re not doing enough.

No one sees these daily wars, but they’re there, and they’re exhausting. And even though no one hands you a medal for simply surviving the day, you’re doing it. Every single day. And that strength? It’s something you should be proud of.
