• Our Standard Delivery Duration is within 4-5 working days Nationwide, after confirmation of order.
• Delivery might be delayed due to courier issues or any other factors and may take long to deliver, we might not be responsible for this.
• On some products we are providing Free Delivery Across Pakistan, other than those products the delivery charges will be applied as follow:
Delivery Charges for Karachi: Rs.200
Delivery Charges for Other Cities: Rs.200 For First Kg and Rs.100 on Each Additional Kg

• In case of Stitching provided by us for dress (Nationwide), 30% of the total amount is required to be sent in advance through Bank Transfer. RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY:
• Exchange is possible in case of defected products or wrong products sent by us, claimed within 5 days of delivery.
• In that case, Exchange is possible with the same article or any other article (of the same value or higher value) in case of non-availability of the same article.
• In case of fault in ordering from customer's side, the customer will have to bear the return and delivery charges.
