All dresses are custom made and can be designed in any size & colour. Payments will be made in advance via Money Transfer agents (Western Union etc)
Delivery of order depends on the number and style of dresses ordered. It is our duty to ensure that delivery is done within the time frame agreed with the client. Delivery charges are paid by the Customer (Discounts are available, See below)
Customers delivery timing will be 4 to 8 working days.There can be unexpected delivery delays due to custom clearance, unusal circumstances or holidays. The delay can go up to 3-4 working days. Once the order is despatched, payment is non-refundable. Discounts Available :
Satisfied customers who order again will get a discount on their next purchase. For orders of 3 or more dresses, Delivery will be free (Within Pakistan). Our Requirements :
The Measurement Forms must be filled in correctly. Dresses are made according to the forms, therefore no responsibility is taken for any forms filled incorrectly. To be able for us to deliver the order on time, we ll receive the Advance Payment as soon as the order is finalized. Delays:

But order deliveries may be delayed in case of certain unexpected situations; We does not assume any responsibility of delayed deliveries, though it does everything in its power to avoid them. Color Disclaimer :
The color shown on the web pages may differ from what you get in actual. The reason is that the color shown on computer is always different from that one in real. Also different material shows same color in different variations. It is practically impossible for us to replicate the same colors on an outfit as seen on your monitor. A slight variation in the shade selected by you is considered as a normal practice as these garments/outfits have a tendency to reflect different shades of a color under different light and medium. Validity of Order :
Once the order is placed by you, we confirmed your order and payment for the goods made via any of the permitted options, the order remains valid and cannot be canceled in the intervening period between the commissioning of the order and the delivery. If you cancel your order after payment we would deduct charges till that stage with surcharge. Return Policy :
Orders are based on the measurements/sizes that you provide us by email. We will not be responsible for any inaccuracies in the final product (your custom order) in lieu of the measurements provided. We do not accept returns or exchanges of custom orders unless they are sent incorrect or are defective, and in that case rectification service would be offered according to the situation. The defective products can be exchanged within 7 days of delivery. However the products that are stitched or customized as per customer’s requirement cannot be exchanged. In case of exchange, both way shipment charges are to be borne by the customer. NOTE: Once you order, and submit the payment then it would be NON-REFUNDABLE. Ready to Ship/ ReadyMade:
Alkhairbotique takes no guarantee of the products availability that you had ordered (ready to ship/Ready made), if you are making the payment after the given time frame. Though our efforts will be to process your initial order, but if any of the ordered products is out of stock you will be offered to choose any other product/design/color (within the same price range).Alkhairbotique will not be held responsible if there are delays in delivery due to out of stock products. Also we are not responsible on the fabric, stitching, colors and fitting of readymades since they target the average consumer. Kindly also note that dresses once made according to your measurements are delivered to you on the basis of no exchange no refund. Beads and sequences missing or coming off -
We believe that customers who are ordering items with sequence and other beaded embroidery are aware of the fact that these shiny embellishments have a tendency to come off. Even with the best of handling and care this cannot be avoided altogether. Many a times during strict physical checking at the customs during transit, more than usual sequences and beads come off. Many a times it may happen that you open a box and find some pieces falling down on the floor. Or you wear the dress and in few hours you might loose some of them. Do not panic or over-react because if you look with a magnifying glass at any such dresses / sarees worn by others, you will most certainly find some pieces missing or almost at a state of falling down.
