All we see is increasing rate of for Justice Or harassing case only🙂

Akhir kab tak hum hashtag par apni umeed lagaengy? Har naye din kuch na kuch horaha hai, its 21st century and a woman is beheaded. A woman get killed after hours of torture infront of her kids, and yet our government rejects domestic voilence bill. A woman get r***d, a girl get harrased in the middle of the Road, Akhir kab tak?

3 Days. 3 Murders. 3 Women. 3 hashtags. No justice.
Women are being targeted by men with each passing day and government is still rethinking of approving the domestic violence bill.
This pretty much sums up where we are heading to. We live in a heartless, inhumane & unjust society.We have failed them as a society

Divorce - a taboo word in Pakistan.
Whenever we see a woman who is divorced there are so many rumours attached to her.
It was her fault, she wasn’t a home maker, she was a slt that’s why.

It’s been two years since my divorce and I still come across stories about myself that people told about me, people who I trusted.

I’m sure I’m not the only one and listening to so many stories from women in my audience it’s one of the common things that happen to almost every woman who was strong enough to leave a marriage that was not happy or was abusive.

Trust me that while these things are hurtful they are not bigger than you! Sooner or later everyone will see that you’re amazing and it’s alright to take a stand for your own happiness.

Trigger Warning! ⚠️

Pakistanis place undue emphasis on ‘izzat’-honor. It’s a by-product of our collectivist culture.
What people need to realise is that the concept of ‘Izzat’ is simply a mental construct. Which means that we as a society have a unique opportunity to redefine it by ourselves.
Let’s change the meaning of honour from killing to helping. Helping educate our future generations, our elders, our peers of how izzat is also in minding your own business and not judging anyone.

We live in a culture where people constantly compare themselves to celebrities and other people on social media. Sometimes those other people don't have nearly the “Amazing” life they portray online. But now Nearly everyperson is running for likes and followers!Somehow We all are trap in the world of likes,shares and followers.Every single person is running for more likes and followers, i recently saw a post on facebook where a girl was selling fake followers like 20k followers in 15 thousand and guess what it had over 1k comments because people were intrested! Some people even go so far as to delete something if it doesn’t get enough likesThe problem is that people get carried away and start replacing real-life achievements with the virtual illusion of self-worth.🌸

Perfection doesnt exists

Movie,dramas,instagram models etc ko dekh dekh kay logo k dimagh me ek perfect larki ki image ban gayi hai or us hi k mutaqib unhe perfect "larki" ya sabse zaroori " Perfect bahu" chahiye.🙃⠀⠀⠀We are more into physical appearance of a person rather than how the person really is.⠀We feel the need to look perfect all the time,this obsession comes from alot of places and its making it worse for all of us.⠀
