A startup up which is in stealth mode and is based upon an application for medical care and services is looking for Co founders.

A CTO who can have the application developed and manage it accordingly.

A Finetech personal as a CFO who can work on the capital seeding.

The co founders will be offered shares within the registered company.

A document of Non Disclosure and Confidentiality agreement would be needed to be signed at the initial stage before disclosure.

While the company would provide legal agreement to the selected Co founders to secure thier contribution.
