The company has hired several foreign experts to offer their firsthand knowledge to employees. These experts are leading training programs in cutting-edge 3D apparel design software for the fashion industry, apparel development, and merchandise solutions. Additionally, comprehensive IT training on InfoSync and other IT spheres, language and cultural classes, EBS and OD training, and other employee development initiatives are offered. Challenge recently conferred certificates to its skilled employees who successfully completed the Browzwear 3D design software training program. This training, conducted by expert Browzwear instructors hired by Challenge, was carried out professionally over a few months. The comprehensive course covered advanced 3D apparel design techniques, including internal lining, pattern making, and garment finishing for creating panel jackets, pants, hoodies, etc. Upon completing the training, participants underwent evaluations and were awarded certificates for their diligent work. This training is just one of many projects undertaken by Challenge for the well-being and empowerment of its employees and demonstrates its determination in this regard.
