Improving energy efficiency starts with identifying where power is being consumed and optimizing it with the right approach.

At Kamal Textile Mill, Sanyou carried out an energy optimization analysis across key production areas including B/R Card, Simplex, and Rifa OE sections.

The results showed a reduction in running load from 169 kW (before modification) to 116 kW, achieving an actual energy saving of 53 kW.

Department-wise savings:

• B/R Card: 13.9 kW
• Simplex: 3 kW
• Rifa OE: 35.8 kW

These improvements reflect how targeted modifications and efficient load management can help textile mills reduce unnecessary power consumption and improve overall operational efficiency.

At Sanyou Machinery & Technology, we deliver practical energy-saving solutions that help manufacturers lower costs, optimize performance, and move towards sustainable production.

In today's textile industry, profitability is closely linked to how efficiently energy is utilized.

At Mahmood Spinning Mills, our assessment revealed a significant difference between installed capacity and actual power requirements. By analyzing the Old Ring and Autoconer sections, Sanyou identified and delivered energy savings totaling 283.5 kW.

What makes results like these important is not just the reduction in power consumption, but the long-term impact on production costs. Lower energy demand means improved cost control, stronger operational performance, and a more competitive manufacturing environment.

For textile mills operating in an increasingly challenging market, energy efficiency is no longer optional—it is a strategic advantage.

Sanyou continues to support spinning mills with practical engineering solutions that convert energy data into measurable business results.

84 kW Energy Saving at Puri Textile Mill

In many textile mills, installed electrical capacity and actual power requirements are often very different. The challenge is identifying where that gap exists and turning it into an opportunity.

At Puri Textile Mill, our load assessment of the Loom Shed showed an installed load of 117 kW, while the actual running load was only 33 kW. This highlighted a potential energy saving of 84 kW.

Numbers like these remind us that energy efficiency is not always about investing in new equipment. Sometimes, understanding how existing systems are performing can reveal significant opportunities for optimization.

For textile manufacturers, every kilowatt saved contributes to lower production costs, improved competitiveness, and more sustainable operations.

At Sanyou Machinery & Technology, we continue to work with mills across Pakistan to identify practical improvements that deliver measurable results.
