*JOB Role:*
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Immigration Lawyer/Consultant specializing in Schengen tourist visa, work permits, recruitments, investments,travel & tourism and other global mobility matters. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of immigration law, regulations, and procedures, with a focus on facilitating seamless international travel and work opportunities for clients.
Reporting to: HM Dubai Office
*Responsibilities:*
1. Provide expert legal advice and guidance to clients on Schengen tourist visa applications, work permits, and other immigration matters.
2. Prepare and review visa applications, ensuring accuracy and compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
3. Conduct thorough case assessments to determine the most appropriate immigration strategies for individual clients.
4. Liaise with government authorities, embassies, and consulates to facilitate visa processing and resolve any issues that may arise.
5. Stay up-to-date on changes in immigration laws and policies, and communicate updates to clients as necessary.
6. Assist clients with document procurement, legalization, and authentication processes required for visa applications.
7. Represent clients in immigration hearings, appeals, and administrative proceedings when necessary.
8. Collaborate with internal teams, such as HR and global mobility departments, to support the immigration needs of corporate clients.
9. Maintain accurate records of client interactions, case details, and documentation for compliance and reporting purposes.
10. Provide excellent customer service, addressing client inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
*Qualifications:*
1. Graduation.
2. Female Applicants would be preferred
3. Minimum of 1 year of experience practicing immigration law, with a focus on Schengen tourist visa, work permits, and global mobility.
4. In-depth knowledge of Schengen visa regulations, EU immigration laws, and global mobility trends.
5. Strong attention to detail and analytical skills, with the ability to interpret complex legal documents and regulations.
6. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and stakeholders from diverse backgrounds.
9. Fluency in English is required; proficiency in additional languages is a plus.
