A glimpse into the manufacturing process of sublimation printed shirts involves an ink printing test. Once the test confirms correct printing, production commences. This quality control measure is conducted for each design and shirt type, after which the design is thermally sublimation printed onto selected fabrics. The fabrics are then cut into the printed shape and sewn together.
