Then came Warhammer Fantasy Role Play, which I loved both playing as a character and as a game master. I still remember those long evenings battling hordes of undead and scheming dark wizards. In the meantime, Warhammer Battle 2nd Edition arrived, along with my Skeleton army. Lovecraft and Call of Cthulhu, a world I adore to this day—filled with indescribable, demonic monstrosities from beyond dimensions and time. Along the way, there was also the Star Wars battle system and a few smaller ones. Currently, I divide my hobby between board games, with a particular love for dungeon-crawlers, and the competitive Warhammer 40,000 scene, where I send my hordes of Witches, Incubi, Kabalites, and other lesser horrors to harvest souls. Without a doubt, it’s a fantastic hobby! Rafał:
I got into board games sometime in the '90s, and shortly after, I started exploring RPGs. My enthusiasm was so great that, as a teenager, we’d hole up in a friend’s converted basement, spending up to 48 hours playing Warhammer, Call of Cthulhu, Cyberpunk, or Wild Fields! I met Konrad through work, but once we discovered our shared interests, the real fun began! Day-to-day, I nerd out in a corporate setting, but when I have more free time, I travel, stay active, and feed my hunger for adrenaline.
