General provisions
1. The organizer of the competition is Mottowear Adam Sniecki, Edwarda Jelinka 19A, 01-646 Warsaw, Poland, VAT ID: 5222359299.
2. The contest is not created, administered or sponsored by Facebook. The facebook.com website does not bear
any responsibility for any activities related to the organization of the competition on the website.
4. Only adults are eligible to take part in the competition.
5. Only individuals with a verified Facebook account may enter the competition.
6. Participation conditions:
- leaving a LIKE on our fanpage (Facebook and / or Instagram)
- leaving a comment, inviting and tagging a friend and/or posting your photo on a motorcycle in comments section,
- sharing our competition post on instastories. The competition runs both on Instagram and Facebook.
7. The competition lasts from July 22, 2022, 4:00PM till August 1, 2022, 11:59 PM.
8. The results of the Competition will be announced via Mottowear fanpage on August 2, 2022, before 8.00 p.m.
9. The competition is carried out via the following Mottowear page:

11. One winner will be selected from both FB and IG profiles.
12. The prize is a voucher worth 150 EUR to be used for purchases in www.mottowear.com online shop.
13. The competition winner will be notified of the result and terms of receiving the prize via a private Facebook message.
14. Entries containing explicit language and images will be removed and will not take part in the competition.
15. The award/voucher must be used no later than by 31/12/2022, after that time the voucher expires. The prize may be transferred.
16. The Organizer has the right to provide the winner's details on Mottowear fanpage.
17. The Organizer is not responsible for the inability to transfer the prize for reasons attributable to the Participant. In this case, the award is forfeited.
18. The Organizer is not responsible for incorrect data provided by the Participant, and in particular for changing personal data making it impossible to find the Participant and inform about the award of the Prize.
19. In the event of detecting activities inconsistent with the Regulations, attempts to influence the selection of the Winner in an unlawful manner, especially by setting up fictitious profiles on Facebook, the participant may be excluded from the Competition.
20. Any complaints and comments regarding the rules, conduct or settlement of the competition should be submitted by e-mail to the following address: [email protected]
21. The complaint should include the name and surname of the Participant and the justification for the complaint.
22. Complaints are considered within 30 days from the date of their receipt.
23. Mottowear Adam Siniecki is the administrator of personal data of the participants. In matters relating to the processing of personal data, please contact the Data Protection Officer at the following e-mail address: [email protected]
24. Personal data will be processed for the purpose and scope necessary to conduct the Competition, pursuant to art. 6 sec. 1b of the Regulation of the European Parliament and Council (EU) 2016/679 EU (hereinafter: "GDPR").
25. Personal data will be processed for the period necessary to carry out the Competition, including the release of the Prize and announcement of the winner (and any other awarded persons). The data may be stored until any claims expire or until the data archiving obligation resulting from legal provisions expires.
26. For matters not covered by these Regulations provisions of Civil Code and other legal provisions shall apply.
27. Disputes related to and arising from the Competition will be resolved by a common court competent for the seat of the Organizer.
28. The Organizer reserves the right to change the rules of the Competition during its duration. Information about the changes will be posted on the Organizer's fanpage: https://www.facebook.com/Motto-Wear-225964072932
29. By participating in the competition, the User agrees to the provisions of these Regulations.
