1- A la vez de realizar un envió, usted debe de ingresar correctamente su información en donde el producto sera enviado, para que así este pueda llegar a su destino correctamente sin ningún tipo de complicaciones.

2- Nosotros estaremos en total cotejo del articulo cuando este, esta en proceso de envió. Es decir, a la vez que usted reciba el artic

ulo tendrás solo (7 DÍAS) para devolver el articulo con algún desperfecto de fabrica. Administramos bien nuestros artículos antes de ser enviados, pasan por un proceso de inspección antes de que usted lo reciba.

3- Para que usted sea elegible a una devolución el articulo debe estar en su totalidad originalidad. Es decir, debes devolverlo según como lo recibió, con su caja y papeles enviados dentro del mismo y con sus tickets.

4- A la vez que se reciba y se verifique el estado y los artículos enviados dentro del mismo, se le enviara una notificación por el correo electrónico que usted brindo al realizar la compra, de que si recibimos el articulo.
