*HOW TO ORDER*

1. Once you have finished shopping, click on the ''My Cart'' link and you will be taken to the ''Cart Page''.

2. Click on the ''Check Out'' link and a form will pop up - please fill in the correct information as the delivery of your order will depend on the details you have provided us with.

3. Once your order has been submitted, we will be notified and a confirmation email will be sent to the one you have provided us with.


*DELIVERY*

Your order will be dispatched for delivery to you on the following delivery day. Our delivery days are:

*Monday - Wednesday = Delivery on Thursday
*Thursday - Sunday = Delivery on Monday

We only deliver to the Khartoum City Area, this does NOT include Bahri (Northern Khartoum) or Omdurman. Deliveries are dispatched after 5 pm (please give 1-2 hours for the products to reach you). We will contact you by phone on the delivery day (so please ensure your phone is on and close by!)

Upon delivery of the item you will be asked for the payment in CASH. Prices DO NOT include the delivery charge. Free deliveries on orders over 150 SDG. The cost of delivery is dependent on the address provided when submitting the order. If you do not wish to purchase the product after it being delivered to you, you will be CHARGED A DELIVERY FEE. The fee depends on the address delivered to.


*RETURNS & CANCELLATIONS*

If you do not wish to purchase the product after it being delivered to you, you will be CHARGED A DELIVERY FEE. The fee depends on the address delivered to. If you have submitted an order and wish to cancel it, then please email us at : [email protected] with the following details. The details must match the details provided by you on submitting the order :

1. Your Full Name
2. Your email adress
3. Your address
4. Your phone number
5. Order Number (provided in the confirmation email)

We DO NOT offer return/refund or exchange services. Payment for the order is AFTER your inspection of the product.
