【电脑】
使用电脑已经成为了现代人的生活需求之一。过于频繁使用电脑也是脱发的原因。因为使用电脑的时间越长，大脑的兴奋性持续增高，与头发生长相关的内分泌功能发生絮乱，从而使头发的营养供应出现障碍，导致头发脆性增加而脱落。
【食物】
