Youâve probably heard the saying, âSome people are too weak to benefit from supplements.â
But here's the truth: If your meridians are blocked, no amount of supplements will help â because the root cause hasnât been addressed.
Today, let's talk about the signals your body sends when your meridians are blocked â and how you can unlock your bodyâs natural flow to feel your best!
Blocked Meridians = Pain
Itâs simple: Where thereâs pain, thereâs a blockage; where thereâs flow, thereâs no pain.
Pain is the first sign that your meridians are blocked. If you're feeling unexplained discomfort, itâs your body telling you that energy isnât flowing properly in that area.
Stagnant Qi & Blood = Cold Sensations
Pain is often followed by cold â because blocked meridians lead to stagnant Qi and blood.
If youâve noticed cold hands, feet, or stomach, itâs a sign your energy isnât circulating as it should. Qi and blood flow is what regulates body temperature â so if your body feels cold, it could mean a blockage is preventing the flow of energy.
Heat from Blockages = Uncomfortable Heat
On the flip side, blocked meridians can also cause heat to build up.
You may experience feelings of heat, dryness, or abnormal sweating. This happens because your bodyâs natural heat isnât able to disperse properly when meridians are blocked. Redness, swelling, and even fever can all be signs of energy stuck in your meridians.
Severe Blockage: Numbness and Stiffness
When meridians are completely blocked, you may experience numbness or stiffness.
For example, numb arms, shoulders, or legs could be a sign of poor circulation due to blocked energy pathways. Numbness means the energy is stuck, and circulation has slowed down. Simply moving and restoring flow can bring relief.
Two Types of Blockages: Swelling and Distension
Blockages come in two forms:
Swelling, which is caused by blood stagnation.
Distension, which is caused by Qi stagnation.
Both signs indicate your energy is not moving freely â and itâs time to take action!
