You’re never too young to pick up printmaking! These young makers are the living testaments as they joined us in our last holiday programme.⁣
⁣
The younger kids eagerly created their imprints using print foam & various blunt tools while the older ones carved their designs with soft lino blocks.⁣
⁣
At the end of the session everyone got to tote back their own designed & printed bag! Hope you all had a fantastic printmaking adventure & can’t wait for another one soon!⁣

Snaps from a private workshop to kickstart our inaugural holiday programme. Inspired by the doll from the popular K-drama & repurposing fabric scraps, parent & child teamed up to create their very own ‘virus catcher’.⁣
⁣
The children amazed us with their nimble fingers in handling the needleworks with the help of their mums. A special feature of the doll is its backpack which double up as hand sanitiser holder thus the name ‘virus catcher’!⁣

Join Amsyar as he shares his creative journey as a street photographer, his life experiences and how he cope with photographer’s block.⁣

Amsyar Ashaary is an Art Director / Street Photographer who finds solace in documenting and uncovering stories from the streets of Singapore and at times abroad. As with many creative practitioners, photographers are not immune to the dilemma of a creative block either. Inspiration and drive are the key to creating good work but at certain phases of a photographer’s journey, sometimes motivation is hard to come by.
