FOR READY-TO-BUY ORDERS (Lush series):
· Message us the reference code of the dress you choose from our page.
· We will crosscheck the measurements with you.
· If all good, you can confirm the order.
· It will be delivered to you within 5-7 working days.
· Transfer the money to our account once you receive your order. FOR CUSTOM ORDERS:
· The designer will have a detailed chat with you to understand your preferences.
· Once the style & designs are defined, you will have to send us your measurements.
· Before we start the work, you will also have to make an advance payment
· The final product will be delivered to your doorstep within the stipulated timeline.
· After receiving your order, you can transfer the balance amount. Return Policy:
The product will be of the finest quality and it will be perfectly as shown in the images. After receiving, if there is a valid reason such as manufacture defect or quality issue, we'll certainly consider a return. Returning without any valid reasons will not be entertained. Size Issues:
We confirm an order only after comparing your measurements. Make sure that you provide us the correct measurements. If the measurements doesn't match with our product, we'll not place the order at all. Please Note:
