1. All the prices stated are in Singapore Dollars (SGD), and are exclusive of postage charges. D'miki makes every effort to display, as accurately as possible, the colours of our products that appear on our page. However, the actual colours you see on your monitor screen may differ, depending on the resolution of your computer.
2. ORDERING
For all orders, kindly please text us via fb or email us @ [email protected]. Please take note that by submitting your order implies your intention of confirming an item. Thus item(s) not paid within 24 hours will be put up for sale thereafter. Please give us at least 12 to 24 hours to manually email you a payment advice (invoice) after submitting your order. Please make your payment and revert back to us within the next 24 hours after you have received your email invoice. After payment has been made, we will verify your payment and send you an email to let you know that your payment has been verified. Another email will be sent to you once your parcel has been mailed out. For customer who opt for Registered Postage, your tracking number will be attached in the email as well. You should receive your item(s) in 2-7 days, excluding weekends and public holidays once we have verified your payment. Wholesale Prices Avail with a minimum quantity. 3. PAYMENT
We work on first-come-first-serve basis. We only accept internet-banking transfers or ATM transfers. Please transfer the payment to DBS SAVING or CITIBANK SAVING. Please duplicate a copy of the transaction receipt and email us. All the prices stated on the site are final and non-negotiable. We do not do any form of reservations, meet-ups or trades. 4. EXCHANGES & REFUNDS
Sale items are final sale and no exchanges/refunds will be done. All merchandise are checked for before being mailed out, but in the event that you still receive a wrong or defected item, please email us with the name and picture(s) of the item. Exchanges and returns are available on a case-by-case basis, and are only accepted within 7 buisness days starting from the date stated on your hardcopy purchase receipt, and must not be worn or washed. We will not accept returns if this time duration has expired. We will only accept returns if the item has been purchased directly from us. A one-for-one exchange will be made for the defected item, or we will fix the item for you at no extra charge. In the event that the item has been sold out, a store credit towards your next purchase will be credited into your account.
5. POSTAGE CHARGES
D'miki will not be held liable for lost parcels if the buyer chooses to opt for normal mail. It is recommended for all buyers to opt for registered parcels. All registered parcels comes with tracking numbers so customers can track their parcels should they fail to receive their parcels within 3 working days. Registered parcels are being send directly to the recipient door step. Normal postage: Free normal postage with minimum purchase of $5 (within Singapore only). Registered postage: Additional $2.70 for the first item, addtional $0.50 each for subsequent item(s). Strongly recommended for registered postage to avoid missing item(s).
6. PRIVACY & SECURITY

Your information will not be disclosed to any third parties. D'miki's server will secure your personal information with up-to-date firewall and encryption techniques during the ordering process.
