At IWODE, we have developed a unique business model to control risks. Through this, we are able to cut down on the inaccuracies as well as the high alteration and return rates common in mass produced clothing. This business model takes both pure online tailoring needs as well as the need for a traditional bespoke tailor into consideration. In April 2011, IWODE received an additional 10 million US dollars capital from the leading venture capital investor, IDG Capital Partners. This greatly enhanced its capability in technical innovation and accelerated the expansion of its presence in more cities. This funding allowed for IWODE's patent ERP bespoke system to become a reality. Utilization of this system means that production times are drastically reduced and our customers can have their fabulous designs in hand, within no time. To ensure quality and to control costs, we do not outsource production. We operate two factories, one in Shanghai and another in Guangzhou. We have over 100 stores serving our clients in 20 cities.
