- Normal postage is free!
- Delivery takes 2 to 3 working days via Singpost standard mail, excluding time taken for payment verification and administrative processes.

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return it as long as it fulfills the following conditions:
- Item is returned within 7 working days from item received by mail.
- Item is in original condition, unwashed, tag intact and with the packaging bag.
- Return / Exchange is acknowledged and agreed by both parties (Asterbelle and customer) via PM or email.
- You will have to bear the costs of the return shipment. You are encouraged to return items via registered mail as we will not be held responsible for any lost mails.

- Depending on the case / situation, we may provide one-to-one exchange, exchange with another item, or store credits which can be use to purchase items from our store.
