This wallet was crafted back in 2022 and carried daily for roughly 1.5 years in total before being tucked away in a drawer. Even with its journey paused, the transformation has been remarkable.

Originally a Natural leather wallet paired with a multi-colour AirTag holder, it has developed a rich character and depth that only time can create. Imagine how much further the patina would have evolved if it had continued its daily use until today.

customer just dropped by to upgrade to a Shell Cordovan Fern wallet and brought along the wallet he had been using for the past two years.

Just wow... The leather had developed a beautiful character and rich patina that only comes with daily use. I believe it started out chestnut, but time had given it a personality

he’ll probably pass it on to the next generation.

That’s the kind of story we love.

You’ll probably never find this color again.

Years ago, this was an Italian vegetable-tanned leather in some darker shade. A few hides were forgotten on a shelf and left untouched for years.

Recently, I stumbled upon them. the colors had transformed into something entirely different. I don’t even know what to call this shade.

Whatever it is, it’s beautiful.

I turned some of it into a bicycle pannier bag, giving this forgotten leather a second journey. this time on two wheels.

base wallet cards in black with orange as secondary color. One fine combination!. Normally light colors will change so much and will look very different from the starting point. But this color will stay the same.

watched a review of this watch on YouTube and couldn’t get the design out of my head. The review featured the black version, but this was the color I was searching for. Took a bit of hunting around Singapore before finally finding one on eBay.

Loved it enough to make a small hand-dyed leather strap for it myself.
