launched back in 2021, this chapter marked the beginning of our journey into plant-dyed colourways (after years of only having SUMI) and introduced the little tonal heart monogram that found its way onto so many of your everyday favourites.

over the years, we created six (and counting) plant-powered hues, listened to your thoughts on sizing and fit, and learned so much from seeing MORI out in the world. every bit of it helped shape what UNDERGARMENTS 3.0 would become.

🩲 𝚊 𝚗𝚎𝚠 𝚜𝚑𝚊𝚙𝚎 𝚏𝚘𝚛 𝚊 𝚏𝚊𝚖𝚒𝚕𝚒𝚊𝚛 𝚜𝚝𝚘𝚛𝚢

our recycled plastic mono keychain first came to life in 2023 — a heart that’s been quietly tagging along ever since, and we’ve loved seeing it out in the wild on your bags, phones, cameras.

three years on, it felt like time to reshape it. same idea, new form. so we asked ourselves again: what feels most like MORI now?

we kept coming back to one thing… the (well-loved) ROLA BRIEF!

not flowers, not stars, not anything overly precious — just something familiar - something we actually wear, return to, and reach for without thinking.

this version is now made using recycled bottle caps (often too small for proper sorting at local recycling facilities), melted down and pressed into a new copper/aluminium mould upgraded by my dad.

each piece is still made in small batches in our studio — from sorting and shredding, to melting, pressing, sanding, and finishing by hand. nothing industrial, nothing rushed.

if you’re curious, we shared more about the original process on our blog back in 2023. this version follows the same method — just new tooling, slightly sharper edges, same hands. (link in bio)
