Parallel Apparels is not responsible for any additional postage charges, if delivery was made when recipient is not around it would be posted to the nearest post office. Exchange Policy
1. Once payment is made and transaction is complete, no refund will be made.
2. There would be no exchange in wrong size or design ordered. Please double check your order when the PM confirmation is being made.
3. 1 for 1 exchange would be made when there are major defects to the clothing.
4. Please ensure that clothing are kept in mint conditions with tags intact and protective plastic sheets included.
5. 1 for 1 exchange are only a case by case basis and we reserved the rights to determine whether goods are manufactured defectively or there has been deliberate attempts to damage clothing.
6. As our items are directly off factory outlets, items may differ in quality as compared to the items you see in the stores, which has gone through higher standards of check. Do not purchase from us if you are not ready for any slight difference in standards.
7. Parallel Apparels reserves all right to determine the final amount of refund if items asked for exchanged are not presented in mint conditions with protective plastic sheets included.
8. On the event of exchange due to unsatisfactory standards of purchase, buyer is to bear full payment on the postage of the return postage of the items.
