NAROČILA IN INFORMACIJE:

Naročeni in plačani izdelki bodo s priporočeno pošto odpremljeni še isti dan ali najkasnje naslednji dan, od ponedeljka do petka (razen ob vikendih in praznikih). OPOZORILO:
Pred nakupom naj vas opozorim, da so izdelki unikatni in izdelani izključ
no ročno. Če izdelka ob naročilu slučajno ni na zalogi vam sporočim kdaj bo izdelek narejen in odpremljen. Izdelek, ki ga prejmete vi, zaradi ročne izdelave, ni popolnoma identičen izdelku na sliki. Se pa trudim, da je čim bolj podobno izdelan. MOŽNOST VRAČILA BLAGA:
- Potrošnik ima pravico v 14 dneh po prejemu blaga odstopiti od pogodbe. Svoj odstop mora pisno sporočiti prodajalcu. Šteje se, da je sporočilo pravočasno, če je bila pošiljka oddana v navedenem roku.
- Če je potrošnik blago že prejel, mora blago nepoškodovano in v nespremenjeni količini vrniti prodajalcu v 30 dneh po poslanem pisnem sporočilu o odstopu od pogodbe. Vrnitev prejetega blaga prodajalcu v roku za odstop od pogodbe se šteje za sporočilo o odstopu od pogodbe.
- Prodajalec mora potrošniku takoj vrniti vsa opravljena plačila (poštnine žal ne vračam) oziroma najkasneje v 30 dneh po prejemu sporočila o odstopu od pogodbe. Če zamudi z vračilo, plačil, mora potrošniku poleg zamudnih obresti plačati še desetino prejetih plačil za vsakih dopolnjenih trideset dni zamude.
- Edini strošek, ki ga mora plačati potrošnik v zvezi z odstopom od pogodbe, je neposredni strošek vračila blaga. IZDELKI PO NAROČILU:
* Pri vseh izdelkih je možno, da pred naročilom izberete drugo barvo. Seveda po prejšnjem posvetu z mano in če je material (barva) na zalogi).
*Možno pa je tudi, da določne "modele" izdelkov dobite tudi v VEČJI ali MANJŠI izvedbi. V tem primeru se k osnovni ceni prišteje ali odšteje 10€. Seveda ponovno po predhodnem posvetu z mano če je za določen izdelek ta modifikacija sploh možna!).

I do my best to make pictures of products look like as much as actual deal. Please, read the product descriptions carefully prior to purchasing. REFUNDS
Items must be in their original condition and returned within 7 days of purchase. Full product price will be refunded. Unfortunately shipping charges cannot be returned. IMPORTANT
I can only accept returns in case the items you receive are not as ordered, or are damaged. If that is the case, please contact me as soon as possible and I will provide you with a return address. Once I have received the returned item I shall issue a paypal refund for the price of the item (excluding shipping costs). NOTE
Pictures only represent the type and shape of the toy. The one you receive is not identical because they're hand made and i can never make two that are the same. But i try to make them look as similar as possible. CUSTOMIZED ITEMS:
* For all products it is possible that before ordering you choose a different color. Of course, after previous consultation with me if the material (color) is available and in stock).
* It is also possible that some "models" are available in larger or smaller versions. In this case, the price contains basic price plus/minus 10-15 €.
