Scottish Highland cow, or as the Scottish accent say, “hailin’ coos.” Turns out that these cows are not used for food or work, but mainly as a tourist attraction. Also turns out that originally most were black or white, but Queen Elizabeth (?) liked the brown ones. So breeders started raising more brown ones until they became dominant.
