MISSING PERSON: FRANCIS MALISH, KNOWN AS MUZE

Francis Malish, commonly known as Muze, has been missing since Tuesday, 18 August 2026, at around 12 noon. He stays in Gudele 1, Block 8, Bowaba, and his mother is Ferida Michael Yongo, known as Dehiya.

At the time he went missing, Francis was wearing a black short, sky-blue T-shirt and pink sandals. He currently has a lot of curly beards and shabby hair that looks like rastafari-style hair.

He is also thinner than he appears in these older photographs, although his face remains the same.

A bizarre story is making rounds after reports that a man who needed money to pay dowry allegedly staged his own medical emergency.

According to reports, the man told his family he was traveling to Kampala. Instead, he went into hiding at a friend’s house in Gudele.

One month later, the family received a call claiming he had been involved in an accident in Kampala and was admitted to hospital.

The news prompted relatives and well-wishers to organize a fundraiser to cover his medical bills.

After the money was raised and sent to him, the man resurfaced, reportedly in good health and proceeded to meet his in-laws to pay dowry.

The incident has sparked mixed reactions online, with many calling it the most creative dowry hustle of 2026.

A lady identified as Neima was reportedly caught red-handed stealing a goat in a local village in South Sudan, amid the ongoing economic hardship.

According to reports, Neima had become restless after her friend from Juba visited the village showing off an iPhone Pro Max. The phone reportedly left her determined to do whatever it took to own one of her own.

Her determination, however, allegedly took her to the wrong place, a goat’s kraal.

Community members reportedly disciplined her before police later intervened.

This dancer is asking for support to represent South Sudan on BGT. However, the truth is his popularity is only in Juba and has not gone beyond our borders.

Secondly, most of his dance moves are copied. I have seen the same moves from dancers around the world, including Ghetto Kids.

Juba popularity alone does not qualify someone for an international stage. Honestly, even at a regional level like Koboko, he is not ready to represent South Sudan yet.

We as South Sudanese are tired of embarrassment abroad where people go to represent the country and make foreigners think we have no talent.

My advice is, He should stop rushing, be creative, and develop his own unique style. If there is money to support him, it would be better to help him start a business. Buy him a raksa so he can make a living and build his talent with time.

A construction engineer who was contracted to build a private school in Juba has reportedly reappeared in Libya after going missing with project funds.

According to sources close to the project, the engineer received money meant to kickstart construction of the school however, he disappeared the very next day.

For weeks, family, church members and project owners searched for him, some thought he had an accident, others said maybe he was kidnapped.

Turns out he was not lost. He was found in recent videos circulating online, aboard a boat crossing the Mediterranean from Libya to Europe.

Sources say he used the money he received to fund the desperate journey instead of buying cement and iron bars.

Project owners say they are now assessing the damage and considering legal action.

The incident has sparked debate online about trust, contracts and due diligence when handling large sums of money.

Amina’s story has taken another beautiful turn.

This morning, Amina left Juba for Ethiopia, together with the woman from Canada who will take her onward to Canada. 🇨🇦

The woman was already planning to visit South Sudan when she came across my post about Amina. She recognized her, met her, and helped approach Amina’s parents.

Through her efforts, Amina and her parents were reconciled and reunited.

Today, she is no longer sleeping on the streets.

She is on her way to a new chapter of her life.

From Kuburi Haboba streets to Ethiopia, and now Canada.

Thank you to everyone who shared Amina’s story and supported her journey.
