🔍 Fabric Inspection Every incoming fabric roll is checked for weight, color accuracy, and surface defects before a single cut is made. If it doesn't meet spec — it doesn't enter production.

📐 Pattern & Cutting Accuracy Cut panels are measured against approved patterns. Inconsistencies are caught and corrected before sewing even starts.

⚙️ In-Line Production Checks Supervisors check stitching quality, seam strength, and construction consistency throughout the sewing process. Problems are fixed in the run — not discovered at the end.

🎨 Branding & Print Verification Embroidery, sublimation, screen print, and heat transfer are all checked against approved artwork for placement, color match, and adhesion.

📏 Final Garment Inspection Every finished piece is measured against your approved tech pack — dimensions, stitching, label placement, and overall presentation.

📦 Packing Check Before export, packed quantities are verified against your order confirmation — correct sizes, correct colorways, correct counts.
