🕊️ 無心 – No Mind
When you start worrying about how you look,
how they’ll see you, whether you’ll be enough—
your heart gets noisy.
But when you let all that go,
you move cleaner, feel deeper, live louder.
No mind isn’t emptiness. It’s freedom.

🌾 無心 – むしん
かっこつけようとすると、
うまくいかなくなる。
他人の目が気になりすぎると、
心がうるさくなる。
「どう思われるかな？」って考えた時点で、空回りが始まってる。
全部手放したとき、ようやく心は静かになって、
動きが冴えてくる。
無心って、
「考えない」じゃなくて、「縛られない」ってこと。
