จุดเริ่มต้น..
จากการที่มีโรงงานเสื้อผ้าทำส่งแบรนด์ต่างๆ เรามีจักรที่ทันสมัย อุปกรณ์ครบครัน ที่สำคัญที่สุดคือมีบุคคลากรที่มีคุณภาพ เราจึงเริ่มจากการเลือกหาผ้าที่ชอบ ดีไซน์ที่ใช่ และส่งตัดให้ช่างทำแพทเทิร์น ขึ้นตัวอย่าง และตัดเย็บออกมาเป็นชุดเพื่อสวมใส่เอง
จุดเปลี่ยน..
แทบจะทุกครั้งที่ใส่ชุดที่ตัดเย็บเอง เพื่อนๆ และคนรอบข้างมักจะถามไถ่เสมอๆ ว่าซื้อชุดจากที่ไหน หรือสั่งตัด ทำไมมันช่างพอดีตัว ความยาวพอดีเป๊ะ ใส่แล้วดูดี คอมพลีเม้นท์กับรูปร่างที่ติดมันนิดๆ smile emoticon ให้ดูสมส่วน น่ามอง
จากงานอดิเรก..
เราจึงขยายไลน์ออกมาลองทำกันเล่นๆ เริ่มจากรับออเดอร์จากเพื่อนฝูง ทุกคนล้วนติดใจในงานของเรา จากปากต่อปาก งานเริ่มเข้ามามากขึ้น คนเริ่มเรียกร้องให้ทำจริงจัง จึงเป็นที่มาของ bitten ในทุกวันนี้
ปัจจุบัน..
เรามีลูกค้าประจำที่รู้ใจกัน สั่งงานเกือบจะทุกแบบที่เรามีอยู่ไม่น้อย.. "เอาแบบนี้ ไซร์พี่เลยนะคะ" เพราะงานที่เราทำ เราไม่ต้องการให้เป็นการขายเพียงครั้งเดียว "จบ"
Our philosophy..
หลักการทำงานของเรา คือ ความเนี้ยบ ตั้งแต่การเลือกผ้า ที่เราไม่เกี่ยงราคาขอให้เป็นผ้าที่คุณภาพดี การวางแพทเทิร์น การขึ้นตัวอย่าง ซึ่งเราจะทำ ลองแบบ จนกว่าเราจะพอใจ ไม่มีการปล่อยผ่าน แม้แต่เรื่องเล็กๆ อย่างด้าย คุณเชื่อเถอะว่าเราใช้ด้ายอย่างดี ทน และไม่ขาดง่าย เพราะความพอใจของคุณ คือความพอใจ และความสุขของเรา
ขอบคุณคุณลูกค้าที่น่ารักทุกคนที่ช่วยสนับสนุน แบบใหม่ๆ อาจจะลงช้าไปบ้าง ก็ต้องขออภัยด้วยนะคะ เพราะออเดอร์ลูกค้าเข้ามาเกินคาดจริงๆ ค่ะ

Our starting point.. We started out from our family owned garment business which is well-equipped with modern machineries and a team full of highly skilled clothes-making professionals. Our turning point.. Everytime we wore our custom-made dresses and clothes, friends and people around us kept asking where we got them from as they fit us perfectly - the perfect size, the perfect length and in perfect cutting. They complemented our "not-so-lean" kinda shapes and created the look of much more proportional figures. From our hobbies.. We have decided to make this another product line where we began to get orders from our friends who have since become our loyal customers. The quality of our work has been passed down by words of mouths which has helped us grow our business and led us to where we are today as bitten. We have many loyal customers who have put their trust in us and placed orders on nearly all the designs we have.. They simply say "I want this design in my size!" and there they got it. We do not look for a one-time business relationship but nurture a much longer relationship with all our clients. Our philosophy.. The work philosophy that we most uphold to is perfection from fabrics selection where we do not comtemplate on the prices over the quality of the fabric, pattern making and making perfect samples which we relentlessly make samples times and times again until they reach the quality we expect. We will not let go of any minor details - even for threads that we select fine threads which are durable and will not tear easily. Your satisfaction is also our satisfaction and happiness. We would like to thank all our lovely customers who have always supported us.
