On June 24, EUROBIKE () welcomes Anchor Global () back to Frankfurt for a timely innovation and investment program exploring:

這週，Anchor Industry Lab 終於要正式 kick-off 了。

我們第一個 pilot 將由 Walmart 的總部開始：
𝗙𝗿𝗼𝗺 𝗪𝗮𝗹𝗺𝗮𝗿𝘁’𝘀 𝗛𝗼𝗺𝗲𝘁𝗼𝘄𝗻 𝘁𝗼 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗪𝗼𝗿𝗹𝗱’𝘀 𝗖𝘆𝗰𝗹𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗖𝗮𝗽𝗶𝘁𝗮𝗹

台灣有去過 Bentonville 的人不多，比較知道的，大概都是因為 Walmart。

但這個地方正在發生的事情，已經遠遠不只是「一個全球零售巨頭的總部」。

Walmart 創辦人 Sam Walton 的兩個孫子因為熱衷登山車，從自身的興趣，衍生到一種生活選擇以及社區歸屬的象徵。Bentonville 不是大家想像中發展登山車得天獨厚的城市，他們硬是發下了宏願，要把這座城市打造成「Mountain Bike Capital of the World」。

於是他們開始投入自行車道、Bike Parks、催生自行車友善的飯店、餐廳與相關服務。為了鼓勵員工騎車上下班，成立了 Walmart Move Hub，現在每週三的騎車上班日，都有一百多位員工志願者從城市不同角落領騎進公司。他們也透過投資，入主 Allied Cycle Works, Rapha, Wahoo 等公司。

2025年，他們進一步讓創新成為家族基金會重點策略，支持了Arkansas Global Cycling Accelerator 的成立，聚焦科技與新創的交會，主動形塑自行車生態系的未來。

台灣傳統產業面對轉型，問題已經不只是「產品要怎麼升級」。

更關鍵、深層的問題其實是：

🚩 我們要如何創造一個環境，把餅做大，讓新的成長、新的合作關係，以及新的策略想像能夠發生？

根據我們的調研，至 2022 年，Bentonville 的自行車經濟產值達 1.59 億美元，創造超過 1,300 個就業機會。

這座城市從一個鳥不生蛋、郊區會看到牛的地方，變成附近州民會特別前來騎車的目的地。下個月我們造訪時，有戶外自行車嘉年華、賽事、最新 Bike Park 開幕、新創 Demo Day、投資人論壇。

為什麼他們可以？

這是 Anchor Industry Lab 第一個 pilot group 將一起探索的問題。

我們期待把 Bentonville 這個看似遙遠、卻極具啟發性的案例，與這次參與的企業一起帶回台灣產業現場——不只是作為一趟參訪的見聞，而是成為一種新的策略想像。

如果一個地方可以因為長期願景、資本投入、社群文化與產業串連，被重新定義；那麼台灣的產業，也一定可以從既有優勢出發，找到下一個成長的入口。

這週，我們正式開始。

最值得一提的是，王道銀行承諾未來每年將提撥前一年度個體稅後淨利的 0.5% 用於影響力投資；以 2025 年個體稅後淨利計算，今年預計提撥約新台幣 915 萬元。此次競賽總投資金額為新台幣 500 萬元，獲選團隊最高可獲得新台幣 300 萬元股權注資。

𝘞𝘩𝘢𝘵 𝘢 𝘮𝘰𝘳𝘯𝘪𝘯𝘨. That’s a wrap on the inaugural 𝗪𝗼𝗺𝗲𝗻 𝗶𝗻 𝗖𝘆𝗰𝗹𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗧𝗮𝗶𝘄𝗮𝗻 Industry Dialogue at Taipei Cycle 2026!

We hope these photos offer a small glimpse of the energy, warmth, and positivity that filled the room. What made the gathering special was not only the conversations on stage, but also the honesty, encouragement, and sense of possibility.

It reminded us that meaningful communities are built one dialogue, one connection, and one step at a time.

As our founder Elisa Chiu said at the end of the session:
“𝗪𝗲 𝗺𝗮𝘆 𝗻𝗼𝘁 𝗵𝗮𝘃𝗲 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗮𝗻𝘀𝘄𝗲𝗿𝘀, 𝗯𝘂𝘁 𝘄𝗲 𝗻𝗲𝗲𝗱 𝘁𝗼 𝘀𝘁𝗮𝗿𝘁 𝘁𝗮𝗸𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗮𝗰𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻.”

We hope this gathering was one small but important step in that direction.
