Lali Heath Millinery Couture millinery in East Africa. Beautiful hand made hats for all occassions.

All the hats are individually designed and are created using traditional couture techniques, including hand blocking straws and felts and hand making delicate flowers, feather and bead trims. Lali learned traditional millinery techniques studying in the UK with couture milliner Jane Corbett, whose clients include Mrs Carole Middleton and HRH The Duchess of Cambridge.

I am often told that I should keep my instagram page only about hats and designs and clients. I could, but it misses the heart of who I am and where I came from, to be lucky enough to be a milliner. Annie came to all my hats shows, we have found her some lovely hats over the years: thank you for your support and showing up for me. It meant the world to me 🕊️🦩🕊️ now fly free x
