Stocking Preview...

We are having a heatwave here in the PNW, with temps forecasted to reach 115° tomorrow! I am very thankful I live in a home with central air. That kind of heat cam be so dangerous for people and pets. Hoping everyone stays safe and hydrated.

Whatever you have planned (or don't) enjoy the day and give yourself a pat on the back...and some grace! I also know Mother's day can be tough for some, for various reasons. Here's what I have stocking this evening 4/24 at 5 PM PST.

All these new prints remind me that I have a black thumb and kill any poor plant that I've ever brought home. I've given up plant murdering and have resigned to own only fake plants, and now book sleeves with plant vibes!

I'm super excited to have the Bridgerton fabric finally! I ordered it back in December! And that Labrynth print! The little Jareth's are everything! So many fun ones being added, including Outlander! Scroll to see everything.

Today is World Autism Awareness Day. For me its a day where I reflect and get a bit sentimental about my journey as a mom of 2 autistic boys.

I usually read articless, stories and connect with other mamas who are also on this path. I share with friends and family snippets of my boys' successes and information about neurodiversity.

It's just a day to bring light to the millions of autistic people who are all affected differently by the spectrum of autism.

May we all be gracious, accepting and patient with those that are different than ourselves. My plea to parents is to teach your children that differences are what make us all amazingly unique. I feel as though we all want to raise kind, compassionate humans who recognize and accept differences as a beautiful thing!
