I can't believe it has been 16 years and this little boy is still missing! I refuse to forget June 4th. I wrote this poem years ago back in 2012. I remember where my family was on June 4, 2010. We were on our way to Seaside and today we are on our way to Seaside for the annual Ham Radio convention. I have a son about Kryon's age. As a mother, my heart goes out to his family. I pray and hope that the family eventually gets closure. I never thought it would be 16 years and no answers yet. I will keep posting it every June 4th until Kyron is found.
A goofy smile
A red tree frog
A rural school high above the mountains
Quirky little boy who many never knew before
Unique face that many people long to see
A mother whose heart is shattered
A dad who walks like a prisoner of pain
A fence of love and hope await you
Oh where are you sweet Kyron
Not a day goes by that I don’t think about you
No first day of school jitters
No Red, white and blue and firecrackers this year
No pumpkin patch fun at Roloff Farms
No classroom holiday parties last week
Another holiday come and gone
And yet now June arrives one year later
I pray and hope for a miracle
Your Mommy’s heart is broken and needs you home!
Oregon wants you home!
