i know it is long but please read!
I just wanted to take a moment to say thank you from the bottom of my heart. Your support means the world to me, and I am so incredibly grateful for each and every one of you. It’s because of amazing customers like you that we’re growing and reaching new milestones — and I couldn’t be more excited for what’s ahead!
As we continue to grow, I've realized that in order to keep things running smoothly and provide you with the best possible service, I needed to implement a small change in how we handle orders and exchanges. I’ve created a new policy that will help me stay organized and ensure that everyone’s orders are handled efficiently, without any hiccups.
Please know this decision was made with a lot of thought and care, and it’s all about making sure we can continue providing you with the service you deserve while keeping everything running smoothly on my end.

Exchange & Pickup Policy**
Thank you for your order! To ensure everything runs smoothly, please read and follow the policy below:
1. **Exchange Window:**
You have **7days** from the date I notify you that your order is ready for pickup to make any exchanges. For out-of-town customers, this exchange period starts from the date your order is marked as delivered, as indicated on the shipping slip.
2. **Pickup Location & Hours:**
Your order will be placed in a designated basket on my front porch, with your name on the bag for easy identification. You can pick up your order **any time between 7:30 AM and 10:00 PM**. This allows you to pick up without needing to coordinate with my schedule.
3. **Basket Management:**
I will bring the basket inside every night and put it back out every morning. Your order will remain in the basket for **two weeks**. If not picked up within that time, I will contact you to confirm whether you still want the order.
ALSO WE HAVE CAMERAS, PLEASE LETS ALL BE RESPONSIBLE AND ONLY GRAB WHAT YOU ARE SUPPOSED TO GRAB.
4. **If your order is not picked up in the two week window.**
If your order is not picked up after the two-week period, I will send you a shipping request. You will have additional **two weeks** to pay for the shipping costs. If payment is not received within that time frame, I will contact you again and give you **one additional week** to make arrangements for shipping or pickup.
5. **Resale of Unclaimed Orders:**
If your order is not paid for or picked up by the end of the extended one-week period, I reserve the right to **resell** the items to other customers.
**Why This Policy?**
I understand that exchanges are important, but it is difficult for me to hold orders for extended periods of time. Over time, stock sells out, and things get complicated when orders sit for months waiting to be exchanged. I’m happy to accommodate exchanges, but I appreciate your understanding of these guidelines to keep everything running smoothly.
