Old quilt + vintage wool pants = something new for Christmas.🎄

I’ve been busy stocking up at Smith & Trade before I head out of town, and these might be some of my favorites. I love taking beautiful textiles that I’ve already lived a life and figure out what they can become next.

These stockings are made from a vintage quilt with cuffs cut from a pair of wonderful old red wool pants. A little worn, a little imperfect, but one of a kind.

Another transformation story.

This custom order came from a trio of sisters that received two LV bags from a beloved family member. How do you split two bags for three girls? Simple make three new purses inspired from an idea they sent me.
