🏈✨ A recent customer order that was extra fun to make! ✨🏈
It’s always fun when a customer is also someone you know! This order came from a fellow church mom who I also get to see at school parent pickup—because apparently pickup line is the place to catch up these days. 😂 And with her girls playing softball, she definitely knows a thing or two about the world of youth sports! 🥎
For this order, we mixed up a few different techniques:
👕 T-shirt: Custom design with DTF
🖤 Crewneck: 3D Puff “Andover” paired with a glitter HTV appliqué “Huskies” ✨
I absolutely love how the different textures and finishes came together on the sweatshirt! And of course, I’m always a fan of a little extra sparkle. 😉

🌸 A little Minnesota nostalgia with a cross-stitch twist! 🌸

I had so much fun creating this shirt! I got the idea from my husband’s aunt, who loves to cross-stitch, is originally from Minnesota, and now lives out west. I thought—why not combine that classic cross-stitch look with the shape of our home state? 💙💚🌸

This is sublimation, giving the design that soft, vintage, almost handmade cross-stitch appearance right on the shirt. I absolutely love how it turned out!

A little piece of Minnesota, no matter how far from home you may be. 💕🌲

🌴 Vacation is officially over, and we are back home! 🌴

We had such an amazing week in Wisconsin Dells with the boys! ❤️ This trip was extra special because we surprised them with it for Christmas, so we had been looking forward to it for months!

We stayed at Chula Vista, which was especially fun for me because that’s where I stayed as a kid — although back then, there was basically just a pool! 😂 We definitely made up for that this time around!

We packed SO much into our trip — from riding the Duck Boats, Jet Boats, exploring Witch's Gulch, Mini Gulf, spending time at the waterpark, exploring the Dells, and experiencing Aquavia Lumina at the Wilderness. There was a little bit of everything, and most importantly, we got to spend some really great family time together. 🥰

The boys had an absolute blast, and while I’m not quite ready to admit that vacation is over, it’s time to get back to reality and back to creating! 😂

✨ Raising Boys Designs will resume regular work on Monday, August 31st! ✨

With the new school year starting, I’ll also be making some adjustments to my availability. This year, I’ll be homeschooling my youngest while also managing drop-off and pick-up at two different schools, so I’ll need to be a little more intentional with my work schedule.

I will still be shooting for my usual 14 business day turnaround from payment. This allows time for ordering blanks and supplies, shipping, production, and all of the behind-the-scenes work that goes into your custom orders.

I appreciate your patience and understanding as we settle into our new school-year routine. ❤️ I’m so thankful for every order, every referral, every share, and everyone who continues to support my small business.

Now… back to work! 💻✨

Another shirt from this fun book-lover birthday order! 📚💙

The customer gave me the sayings she wanted, and then let me run with the designs! I created the artwork for each shirt, and she approved the designs before I printed them.

This one was done with DTF, while the other three shirts from the order were sublimation. I love how each design has its own personality while still fitting the book-lover theme. ❤️

And this saying is definitely one I can relate to: “If I go, I’m bringing a book.” 😂📖

I love when customers give me a little creative freedom and let me turn their ideas into something completely their own! 🥰

These sublimation shirts were made as a birthday gift for her daughter, featuring some seriously perfect sayings for a book lover. ❤️

And honestly… my kind of girl! 😂 I love to read too, and somewhere along the way I’ve officially become a cat person. So this order was right up my alley!

I love how these turned out—cozy, bookish, and just a little cat-obsessed. 📖🐱💕

I’ll be at the Round Barn Summer Artisan Market THIS SATURDAY, August 22nd, from 9 AM–5 PM! Come stop by, say hi, and shop Raising Boys Designs in person! 🛍️

You can still message me and place orders through my website while I’m away, but I will not be responding to messages or working on orders during this time.
Orders placed August 22–30 will be started when I return.

If you placed an order August 17–21, please allow additional time for completion as I’ll be out of the studio during my normal 14 business day turn around time.
