Ok ladies! I’m considering trying something new - just need your opinions!
Since the building isn’t selling as quickly as I hoped, I’ve thought about turning it into a local market. Kind of like what happens at Patterson, just a more permanent location for daily shopping type thing.
Anyone local could sell their products - baked goods, homemade jewelry, home decor, candles, pottery, etc - All the amazing locally made goodies ❤️
You would rent a space in the store. Then after that it’s up to you how you use it - come in every day and be “open”. Come in a few days a week, only Saturdays, only evenings, whatever works for you. You can have things sell only when you are there, or I could sell them also while I’m there and set aside the money for ya!
Just trying to find a useful solution for this beautiful building. It’s in the perfect location to sell your items! It gets sooo much foot traffic from locals and out of town shoppers. Great way to grow your business without having to rent an entire building yourself 🙂

** if we get enough interest - we could even potentially have a full time employee up there selling everyone’s items everyday. Since it’s hard for a lot of us who work other jobs to sell our goodies in person full time
