You know how I love a good theme!!! This was a fun up cycle project that I turned into a cape. I think I need a full length one!

Oh yeah! I made a thing! 😜 I nicknamed it my princess coat but according to my elementary students it should be called a queen coat! So I present to you my queen coat! Using gorgeous fabric from ! There is a whole story about how this came to be! About the injury that I had before I even started it that delayed me sewing this gorgeousness! You can find it on Minerva‘s website! It’s the last one I posted so it should be pretty easy to find under my name! I will try my best to share more pictures of this coat in action! It’s very glorious for sure! Not sure if I’ll wear it to a wedding I’m invited to/and attending in a couple weeks! I have different fabric planned for that. And in my post on Minerva I even tag the fabric so you can make one of your own!

Fantastic day demonstrating spinning and making loads of new friends ! People had wonderful questions and a grand time was had by all! Thank you to all the people that stopped and visited and asked questions about spinning and fiber! And thank you to the staff there that were very kind and friendly and welcoming! Can’t wait for next time! 😍🧶🫶🏾
