Wednesday Wisdom! It’s H O T hot out here! Wear the tank tops/sleeveless tops! I work hard in the gym, but these 62 year old arms will never be perfect. And that’s okay! We have the right to be comfortable and enjoy ourselves this summer! ( Nobody cares about our body parts anyway!) The beach, and the world will get whatever body I’ve got! 👙☀️💪🏼 Blessings friends!

It was time to don all things pink for the annual Play4Kay game a couple of weeks ago! 🩷 Our former player reunion happens during this special weekend. As usual, there were stories recalled, much laughter, a Wolfpack Women victory, and over $400,000 raised for the from just our event! 👏🏼🩷

Home gym leg workout loading… This vest adds an additional 16 lbs. of resistance. 💜 I can’t wear this for my “hot girl walk” currently, as I have a back issue that I’m going to PT for. If you add a vest to your arsenal to help with post menopausal bone density, I recommend you start with 10 lbs.💪🏼 There are several good options on Amazon. Are you working out today? 🏋🏻‍♀️
