How did you spend Valentine’s Day? I attended the ‘Quilt Til You Wilt’ Retreat in Gadsden, AL, where I learned new quilting skills, enjoyed good food, shopped at The Sewing Machine Mart, and wore my favorite heart applique sweatshirt. Looking forward to sewing with everyone again soon.🩷

Thrift to Trendy is here!

Big things are happening at Lexi’s Crafty Needle as we kick off 2026. We’ve been turning old T-shirts, sweatshirts, hoodies, and flannels into one-of-a-kind custom pieces for both guys and girls — and the new designs are HOT.

Soon we’ll be showing off photos of our tops on live models so you can see exactly how good these transformations look. Got a favorite hoodie or sweatshirt you don’t wear anymore because of the size, a stain, or just a glow-down? Bring it to us! We’ll revamp it into something you’ll actually want to show off.

We’re also still accepting donations of T-shirts, sweatshirts, sweatpants, denim, and flannels. Every piece helps us turn “forgotten” into “fashion.”
