Last nights sunset session took me to North Creek where we traveled up to the top of the hills to capture the gorgeous light there. It complimented this family so well and brought these images to life. Their pup joined us at the end and did such a great job too. There's no better gift than that of family photos. I was happy to fulfill this Christmas present this weekend while everyone was all together. We got the perfect clouded over morning to give us the opportunity to shoot all sorts of backgrounds at the studio, which I know families love. {Nora + Addy- Barefoot Besties}
These girls set this session up quite some time ago, wanting to capture this monumental time in life. We get to celebrate the fact we're moving on, but yet want to hold on dearly to what we have. These girls are going different directions but I have a feeling nothing will break their bond. You can just tell how close people are by their connections and these two best friends are lifers. Leaving behind the only life you've ever known can be scary, but yet you need to know there is so much more ahead for you that is so much more beautiful than you could ever imagine. Hold onto those besties, cause I have no doubt they'll be with you the entire way when they're as close as this. Enjoy every last moment together girls, cause your time together is running out, but do not fear, for I know nothing will keep you two apart in the long run! Happy graduation girls

This little girl was running all over the place, she certainly is gonna keep up with those big siblings! I love her little piggy and her toofers- what previous details to capture at this age. She started out all smiles but then made us work a little harder towards the end to squeak them out, but we still did. Happy first birthday little sweetheart!
