I've been hiding in a craft hole for months, working on decorations for my cousin's bridal shower, and trying to reclaim my passion for creating while processing the heaviness of *motions wildly* all of this.

I made paper flowers for the table centerpieces, and a few giant flowers & vines to top the photo arches. I OBVIOUSLY took almost no pictures the day of πŸ˜… shout out to the bride to be Rachel for getting and sharing pictures with me, my cousin Heather for letting me take the one full-sun picture of her table's centerpiece, and my cousin Holly for getting the the picture of me and Heather close up with the shorter arch. I would have no out-of-the-house pictures without you three!

I made about 300 flowers, including greenery. It was truly a labor of love, and I enjoyed tweaking the free patterns I found in the design space and making them my own.

I'm not done with paper flowers yet! I've been working on an idea for customizable flower crowns and I'm excited to see what the final stage of that will be.

Things I made this week & will have this weekend for the Celebrate Ashburnham Street fair!

I upgraded the fasteners for my stitch markers- I moved to hinged earring clasps with sophistication and mobility in mind.

I've been restocking the Mote Magnets! Fuzzy magnetic blobs in a range of colors- moss motes (green), water motes (blue), sand motes (tan), ochre motes (orange), and more! I'm digging the purple but don't know what to call it yet πŸ˜†

First bag restock in MONTHS! I'll have fresh xs free standing bags and xl zipper pouches.

And then I lost the plot yesterday and just created with my Spirograph and Cyclex 😁

I'll be on main street in Ashburnham tomorrow, 10am to 4pm!

And I'll be in Westminster next Saturday, and Lunenburg next Sunday!

When Dave from .makerspace asked me if I could make a resin ufo lamp and then run a class teaching others to do it this fall, I said, "yeah absolutely!" And then I put it off until a week and a half ago thinking it would be a piece of cake 🍰

And I was.... wrong! I was so wrong! I have 17 duds. Yep, seventeen. And I caved and got a vacuum thingy, which I needed. I needed it 11 days ago when I "whipped one up real quick" and it was awful.

But these? I'm proud of these. Look now cool they are! And I can teach you how to make one!

I'll have these with me Friday night in downtown Peterborough for the Night Market πŸ›Έ 5:30 to 9:30. Art, vendors, activities, food trucks. Come see these things in person!

- not shown, I did actual sewing today!
