Jo Ann Manzone’s love of fiber art began at age ten when she learned how to knit and sew. Her mother and grandmother were talented and patient teachers of these special crafts. Over the years, Jo Ann has pursued her passion for fiber art by seeking new ways to utilize her felting, handknitting, crochet and weaving skills to create fabric, which she transforms into clothing and accessories. Her new

est work includes needle felted memory caches and nuno felted habotai silk scarves and wraps. A New Jersey native, JoAnn now lives in Ashland, Oregon where she has been designing wearable art and accessories for local boutiques and galleries. She has a studio space at the Ashland Art Center where she creates and teaches.
