For this post, I tried to compile a brief list of things worth vanquishing. Let’s just say the list wasn’t brief. In fact, it was broad, meandering, and probably overly-personal. So I’ll keep it to myself (lol). But I will say there’s much to cut through in this life, as of late. So much worth guarding ourselves from. And then the opposite—so much worth emerging from our collective ruts to take on. This pendant speaks to me on that level. It reminds me of violence in inaction. Of warriors. Joan of Arc. Protection. Self love. Mama bears. Lots to fight for. I hope wearing it reminds you of that.

There was a time when things were made to last—when planned obsolescence wasn’t a thing and craftsmen put all they had into making something that withstood the test of time. Aight pals, I’m running on a month of no sleep and mid transformation over here. Not to be dramatic but it’s like the fiery-Phoenix, molting, shedding skin, burning it all down, Marie Kondo kind of change that is painful and awesome and necessary. We all go thru it — my time is now. For me and it involves some rebranding, some philosophizing, thinking about environmental impact and mama earth, bringing my brown self forward and holding more space for that, and taking stock, in the literal sense. Lol —as if you needed to hear all that—IM HAVING A MUTHATRUCKING SALE!!! Offering these beautiful vintage pieces up at or under my cost.
