Those tears you cry when no one is looking; they matter.

The daily battles you face matter. Even if someone else is going through worse; you STILL MATTER!

The strength you use to fight negative thoughts and anxiety each day matters.

The discipline and pain it takes for you to suppress speaking out about your mental health issues from the fear of being judged by this cold world matters!

The resilience you use to put on your armor each day and continue to fight mental health battles matter!

The selflessness you use when giving to others even though you are suffering inside matters.

The days that you are able to genuinely smile and mean it matters.

The days that you look at yourself in the mirror and say, “I can push through” matters.

Mental Health Matters Everyday!

Parenthood is a continuous learning process. I believe it’s something one can never master because it’s not supposed to be. As our children continue to grow, they change, and as parents we have to know that we’re doing it to the best of our ability. One thing for sure is the little ones are watching and learning from you, so if you can teach them a few things, teach them things that will matter. I love you son! 💜
